Initial Evaluation

60 MINUTES - $175
We’ll have a detailed discussion of your medical history (OBGYN, oncology, medications), prior and current bladder, bowel, and sexual function, and pelvic pain. In addition, we’ll do a general physical exam of your posture, range of motion, strength, incisions/scars. Finally, we’ll discuss some introductory education and the home program.

90 MINUTES - $195
Everything included in the 60 minute evaluation, plus an initial pelvic exam – external and internal vaginal and/or rectal exam as needed/appropriate. Pelvic exams take time to prepare and complete. Therefore, we can complete this at the initial evaluation with an additional 30 minutes, or we can defer the pelvic exam for future appointments. It is completely up to the patient how, when, and if we work on the internal pelvic floor.

Treatment

60 MINUTES - $175
Hands on treatment of external and internal pelvic floor muscles. (Not all patients feel comfortable having internal work done, and that’s OK! We’ll modify and adjust).
Manual physical therapies include: scar tissue mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release.
Exercises tailored to the patient's specific needs (ie: mobility, strength, balance, coordination, functional activities (ie: getting in/out of bed, loading/unloading heavy carseats and strollers in car)).
Behavioral modification programs for bladder and bowel function.
Education: anatomy, function, and home program

90 MINUTES - $195
Option for longer sessions for patients who want or need more time (ie: working through complex diagnoses/pain or longer intervals between treatment sessions).

VIRTUAL 45 MINUTES - $145
Option for extenuating circumstances (ie: kids are sick at home, cancer fatigue/side effects, or you live >30 minutes outside of Columbus, GA).
Instead of canceling, we can convert the treatment session into a virtual session.
Teach you how to do manual techniques on yourself at home. Teach, practice, and progress exercises. Review and update home programs for pain and/or bladder, bowel, sexual function.
