Meet Dr. Meredith Bury, PT
As a mom and recent breast cancer survivor, I understand the myriad of pelvic health side effects that can come from pregnancy, labor and delivery, and cancer treatment. I have been a women’s health PT since 2019, pursuing continuing education courses through the American Physical Therapy Association - Pelvic Health Academy.
Wonderfully Made Women’s Health Physical Therapy & Wellness was established in 2024 to offer exceptional women’s health physical therapy in Columbus, Georgia, without the constraints of insurance. If you are struggling with bladder or bowel urgency/incontinence, constipation, or pelvic pain and you’re exhausted due to recently giving birth or going through cancer treatment, you are not alone. I want to assure you that there is always hope!
Psalm 139:14 says that the whole body is fearfully and wonderfully made – from head to toe, including the pelvis and breasts – areas we think we can’t talk about (don’t look, touch, talk, think about). My heart is to educate women about God’s awesome creation, anatomy, and function. Then, we can explore what has gotten off track and created these problems, like pelvic pain, bladder dysfunction, and bowel dysfunction. My primary goal is to provide a safe, secure space for patients to experience hope and healing and be empowered to keep improving independently.
